The public finance system from behind the scenes” by the Institute of Finance took place. In this publication, the Institute of Finance has taken a factual and accessible approach to the most important information on fiscal policy.
“We continuously make efforts to educate the public about public finances and the functioning of the economy. These were our objectives when we initiated the study. A recent lecture held at the Academy of Zamość attracted interest from high school and university students. We would like to thank the academic community at the University of Economics for the wonderful cooperation and the opportunity to share our analysis”, said Łukasz Chrobak, Director of the Institute of Finance.
The meeting, which took place on 13 June at the University of Economics in Katowice, generated interest among students and other persons from the academic community in Katowice. Michał Ostrowski shed light on the key issues covered in “The public finance system from behind the scenes” study.
“I am convinced that it is a very important task to spread knowledge of fiscal policy. Only a society aware of the mechanisms governing the economy can function efficiently. Therefore, I am pleased to be able to pass on this knowledge both through our study and through direct contact with the academic community” , concluded Michał Ostrowski of the Institute of Finance.
