Katarzyna Obłąkowska, PhD, is a graduate of the doctoral programme in economics at the Warsaw School of Economics (2012) and the master’s programme in sociology at the University of Warsaw (2005). She is an expert in public policy, social research and behavioural economics. She has over a decade of research, analytical, academic, expert, organisational, managerial, and public speaking experience acquired in the business, education, and academic sectors, as well as within the social sphere, local government, and central administration. She has been the head of the Behavioural Analysis and Social Research Team at the Institute of Finance since 2022. In 2023, she became a Member of the Editorial Board of the academic journal “Studies and Analyses of the Institute of Finance”.
