The Institute of Finance, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, organizes a free training on NAS No. 15 “Revenues from the Sale of Products, Semi-finished Products, Goods and Materials”.
The training constitutes a part of disseminating the latest standard process, the purpose of which is to define the accounting principles applied to the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of revenues from the sale of goods, after their publication.
The new regulations explain when and in what amount revenues should be recognized in the books of accounts and how to disclose information about them in the financial statements.
The training will be conducted by Katarzyna Trzpioła, PhD in Economics in the field of management sciences, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, a specialist in financial accounting (including IFRS), management and tax accounting, the author of numerous studies, articles and books in the scope of accounting, and a member of the Accounting Standards Committee.
