The 7th edition of Congress 590 is behind us

The 7th edition of Congress 590 took place in Rzeszów on November 17-18th. It is a key economic event in Poland that has been held annually since 2016 under the Honorary Patronage of the President of Poland. What adds even more splendour to it is the presence of the most important people in the country: the President of Poland Andrzej Duda, representatives of the Council of Ministers, the Parlament and the Senate of Poland, as well as the managers leading the largest Polish state-owned companies, outstanding experts and opinion leaders.

Among this year’s speakers there were Katarzyna Obłąkowska, PhD, Head of the Behavioral Analysis and Social Research Team at the Institute of Finance, who took part in the panel entitled “Social Policy in the Era of Inflation. Is it profitable for us to invest in a family?”. The participants of the event had the opportunity to learn the answers to such questions as what social challenges we will face in the near future, and if it is profitable to invest in a family.
