The 7th edition of Congress 590 is behind us

The 7^th edition of Congress 590 took place in Rzeszów on 17-18 November. It is a key economic event in Poland that has been held annually since 2016 under the Honorary Patronage of the President of Poland. What adds even more splendour to the event is the presence of the most prominent figures in the country: President of Poland Andrzej Duda, representatives of the Council of Ministers, the Sejm and the Senate of the Republic of Poland, as well as managers of the largest Polish state-owned companies, outstanding experts and opinion leaders.

This year’s speakers also included Katarzyna Obłąkowska, PhD, Head of the Behavioural Analysis and Social Research Team at the Institute of Finance, who took part in the panel entitled “Social Policy in the Era of Inflation. Is it profitable for us to invest in the family?”. The participants of the event had the opportunity to learn the answers to such questions as what social challenges we will face in the near future and whether it is profitable to invest in the family.
