Olga Szołno, PhD, is a graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (UMCS), where she earned her doctoral degree in economic sciences, and Kozminski University in Warsaw, where she completed postgraduate programme in financial management in public units. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Corporate Finance and Accounting at UMCS. Her research interests include the issues of public finance sector efficiency, especially budget accounting and controlling. During her work, she has already published more than a dozen articles in national and international journals.
