Paweł Umiński, PhD, is a graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, where he majored in economics and philosophy. He holds a doctorate in economics and is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdansk University of Technology. He is also a co-founder of Edward Lipiński Foundation, which works for pluralism in economic sciences. He has an academic interest in the areas of fiscal policy, monetary policy, and behavioural economics. Since 2023, he has been an expert in the Macroeconomic Team of the Institute of Finance.
